Challenge

In pet stores, customers often have simple but essential questions: which food for which age? Is the product available? What time is it open on Sunday? The problem? These requests also occur in the evening, on weekends, or outside opening hours. Result: missed opportunities, wasted time in store, and frustrated customers.

Solution under development:

To meet this need, I designed a chatbot that can be integrated into the website or Google Business, to automatically handle simple requests 24/7. It is based on lightweight AI, designed to understand everyday language and direct customers to the right information (stock, advice, products...).

Voice agents for clinics: 24/7 availability, zero missed calls

In aesthetic, dental, medical, or paramedical clinics, patients always ask the same questions: What time slots are available this week? Which treatments do you offer? What are the prices? How can I reschedule? The problem? These requests mostly happen in the evening, on weekends, or during peak hours. The result is calls on hold, missed appointments, and extra workload for the front desk.

Solution deployed: the autonomous voice booking agent

To solve this, I built an autonomous voice agent connected to your online calendar (Calendly, HubSpot Meetings, or Google Calendar). It answers automatically, understands the caller, handles common questions, and can book or reschedule appointments in real time, 24/7. The agent relies on AI tuned for natural conversations: understands everyday language, manages accents, asks clarifying questions, and routes intelligently (booking, information, urgencies, or human transfer).
