General Terms of Use (GTU)

These GTU define the rules for using the website and services offered by the freelance publisher specialized in process automation, generative AI and integration of customized SaaS solutions.

• Site access: Available 24/7, except for technical maintenance.
• Content use: Any copying or exploitation without prior authorization is prohibited.
• Liability: The publisher cannot be held responsible for damages related to the use of the site or occasional errors in the content provided.
• User behavior: Prohibited to publish illicit, fraudulent or automated content without authorization.

General Terms of Sale (GTS)

These GTS apply to services offered in the following areas:

• Development of custom automation solutions with Make.
• Creation of generative AI agents (chatbots, customized business assistants).
• Deployment of connected internal SaaS (API, ERP, CRM...)
• Workflow optimization via AI and no-code/low-code.

Pricing: By custom quote, expressed in euros including taxes.

Payment terms: Payment by bank transfer upon invoice receipt. Maximum period: 30 days.

Commitments: Delivery of a functional MVP, technical support for 30 days after delivery.

Applicable law: French law. Disputes submitted to Lyon Commercial Court.
